When will my order ship?

Our processing time is 4 - 7 business days from the order date. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. 

Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. Orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments. 

Order Status
To check on the status of your order, and to track it once it’s been shipped, click on the "View Your Order" button in the confirmation or shipment email. There, you'll find your order with us and a link to track your package.

Where are you located?

We are based in New York, USA but ship worldwide.

Shipping US

Standard orders shipping to the U.S. are typically delivered within 5-12 business days. Expedited Shipping time takes  2- 5 business days to be delivered. 

International Shipping 

Orders shipping via Standard Shipping are typically delivered 7 -15 business days after placing the order. For International orders, your origin country mail service will be delivering the package to you after the package passes customs. Transit times can vary GREATLY and occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don't have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. This isn't common, but it happens occasionally.

Order Cancellations

We only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Returns

Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 7 days of the delivery. To initiate your return please email us at info@solenee.com  Please note return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
